Using the "Wait 5" Technique in my day.

Description
Today was the first day of the '23 - '24 school year. #Stress and #Anxiety are all over the place and I subconsciously fell back on my knowledge as a Weight Watchers Coach to have a successful day. Using the "Wait 5" technique I was able to move past the most difficult parts of the day without turning to emotional eating.
